• Installing Parallels RAS Client updates via Policy does not require administrative permissions
• Do not enable Allow only clients with the latest security patches until all clients are already updated
• You can check the RAS Client version in the RAS Server Console → Device Manager

RAS Server Console → Policies → <select, copy or create> → Edit

1. Select Client Options → Update
2. Leave the default URL
3. Select Check for updates on startup
4. Click Apply

1. Connect or reconnect your Parallels Client to the RAS Gateway Server
   • This will apply the new Policy to this device
2. Log out, then back in or Reboot the PC or Device
   • You will be prompted to update the Parallels RAS Client
3. Select Update

1. Verify the Policy filtering to make sure the policy applies
2. Connect the RAS Client to the RAS Gateway Server, to make sure the policy is applied, then reboot the PC or device again
