The FreePBX phone system has a User Control Panel where you can control various settings for your extension such as:

• Change your PIN
• Contact Manager
• Find Me/Follow Me
• Call Forwarding
• Call Waiting
• Do Not Disturb

On FreePBX 2.11 and older systems, your extension number is your username and your PIN is your password.

On FreePBX 12 and newer systems, your username and password are maintained separately and you should receive an e-mail message with your login details.

Please change your password by clicking on the 'Gear' icon in the upper right after logging in the first time.

External numbers should be added to the FollowMe List in the following format:

1NXXNXXXXXX

1 + area + number
