XenServer - Move a VM
To a Different Storage Repository (SR)
XenCenter
- Make a note of all the virtual disks, sizes, order, etc.
- I take a screenshot of the VM Storage tab
- Shut down the VM
- Detach all virtual disks from the VM you don't want to move
- XenCenter → VM → Move VM
- Reattach the virtual disks in the proper order
