It is very important that you record your personal greetings. Please do not delay in doing so. It's very easy!

1. Press the Messages key on your phone
   1. Dials *97
   2. Use *98 to check your voicemail or record the greetings from another extension
2. Choose '0' (zero) for the Mailbox Options
3. Please record all three personal greetings

• Your Full Name
  • Used in the Directory
• Your Unavailable Greeting
  • Played to callers if your extension rings but is not picked up
• Your Busy Greeting
  • Played to callers if you are on the phone
