Windows 7
Restore from File Properties → Previous Versions (tab)
Used the Volume Snapshot Service (VSS)

File History Feature

Windows 8 and newer
Uses NTFS Journal rather than VSS snapshots
Better for servers
Restore from File Properties → Previous Versions (tab)
