Polycom Call Parking
Configure Line Keys
Web Interface → Utilities → Line Key Configuration

To Park A Call
- Receive a call
- Press Transfer hard key
- Press Park soft key
- Listen for slot number
- Press Transfer hard key again to complete the transfer
- Announce the caller on the specified slot number
Pick Up a Parked Call
- Dial the announced slot number and press Send
