1. While in the call, tap the More softkey and select the Transfer option.
2. Select the Attended softkey located in the upper left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter the extension you wish to transfer to or select a contact from the list on the left hand side.
4. Tap the Send softkey.
5. After the call is answered and announced press the Transfer key to complete the transfer.

Press the Cancel softkey to cancel the transfer at any time.

3. Enter the extension you wish to transfer to or select a contact from the list on the left hand side.
4. Tap the Send softkey to complete the transfer.

Do an unattended transfer, but preface the extension number with '*'. In other words just do a blind transfer to *nnnn where nnnn is the voicemail extension mailbox you want to transfer the caller into.
