To update the GXP2000 firmware, change:

and reboot the phone.

1. Press OK button to bring up the keypad configuration menu
2. Select Config then press OK
3. Select Factory Reset
4. Enter the MAC address printed on the bottom of the phone
5. Press the OK button then press OK button again to confirm

If the MAC address is correct, the phone will reboot. Otherwise, it will exit to the previous keypad menu.
