Reset Grandstream GXP to Factory Defaults
GXP2000
Admin Password: admin
- Press
OKbutton to bring up the keypad configuration menu - Select
Configthen pressOK - Select
Factory Reset - Enter the MAC address printed on the bottom of the phone
- Press the
OKbutton then pressOKbutton again to confirm
If the MAC address is correct, the phone will reboot. Otherwise, it will exit to the previous keypad menu.
Firmware Update
To update the GXP2000 firmware, change:

| Automatic Upgrade | Yes |
and reboot the phone.
