It's simple to configure and use call conferencing with FreePBX.

• Once configured, you just transfer callers to the assigned conference bridge extension number (120 in this case)
• Callers will generally be played a greeting, then they will hear music on hold
• The manager joins the conference by just dialing the conference bridge extension number
• The entire process can be made simpler by using an IVR or DID and routing calls directly into the call bridge

1. Add a System Greeting that will be played to callers as they join the call conference
   • FreePBX → Admin → System Recordings
2. Add a conference
   • FreePBX → Applications → Conferences
