XCP is basically an open-source version of Citrix XenServer.

• XCP 1.5 = XenServer 6.0
• XCP 1.6 = XenServer 6.1

• The XCP project provides no official update repository.
  • There is a 'xcp' repo for 1.6.10, but it's not fully implemented.
• Protect your management network via an non-public routable address space and you greatly reduce your dom0 attack surface.
• Do not use the CentOS 5 repo to update XCP dom0.

Update the kernel in 1.6.10:

yum --enablerepo xcp --nogpgcheck update

reboot
