Faxes are delivered via e-mail:

• Single recipient
• Multiple recipients

Sent fax notifications can be enabled or disabled.

Regardless of how a fax is sent, they will be displayed in the vFax Portal with their current status.

• Email-to-Fax supports up to 5 attachments
• Attachments may be sent in JPG, PDF, Adobe PostScript, TIFF, Microsoft Word, Excel, CSV, HTML & Plain Text formats
• You must send from an authorized e-mail account ('from' address)
• You may add cover page to the subject line to have our system utilize the email body as a cover page
• Upon submission our system will reply with a confirmation or rejection notice
