How to Set Your Default Printer

These instructions are for Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2.

Click 'Start'
Type 'print'
Click on 'Devices and printers'
Right-click the desired printer and select 'Set as default printer'

To add a printer, click 'Add a printer'
