Having the answers to these questions when reporting printing issues will facilitate a solution.

1. What specifically is the problem? Print does not come out, wrong default printer, extra pages, garbage text, etc.
2. What PC were you on when the problem occurred?
3. Who was logged in when the problem occured?
4. Is the problem while printing from the local PC or a published desktop?
5. Which printer specifically are you having the problem with?
6. When can we trouble shoot this issue? It will be disruptive to any one using the PC and the logged in users published desktop.
