Recording Your Personal Greetings
It is very important that you record your personal greetings. Please do not delay in doing so. It's very easy!
- Press the Messages key on your phone
- Choose '0' (zero) for the Mailbox Options
- Your Full Name
- Used in the Directory
- Your Unavailable Greeting
- Played to callers if your extension rings but is not picked up
- Your Busy Greeting
- Played to callers if you are on the phone
