It is very important that you record your personal greetings. Please do not delay in doing so. It's very easy!

1. Press the Messages key on your phone
   1. Dials *97
   2. Use *98 to check your voicemail or record the greetings for or from another extension
   3. Use *98 to record greetings for another user (you'll need their PIN)
2. Choose 0 (zero) for the Mailbox Options
3. Please record all three personal greetings

• Your Full Name
  • Used in the Directory
• Your Unavailable Greeting
  • Played to callers if your extension rings but is not picked up
• Your Busy Greeting
  • Played to callers if you are on the phone

You should also change your PIN used to access your voicemail. This is also in Mailbox Options.
