Log Off (Sign Out) Issues

Force Log Off

We have noticed a problem with RDS (Remote Desktop) sessions when using certain applications: Hung at Signing Out

  • Microsoft Office Applications
    • Word
    • Excel
  • ServiceCEO

When a user leaves certain applications running when they click Sign Out, the RDS session will be disconnected but left in a state of Signing Out…forever.
