The web client is the primary Zimbra user interface.

The login ID format is username@domain.tld. You may be able to use the shorter username format if it is unambiguous.

To forward a message as an attachment in Zimbra Web Client:

1. Select (highlight) the message you want to forward
2. Click Forward
3. Compose any additional text to explain what you'd like me to look into
4. Click the Options button and choose “Include Original as an Attachment”
5. Click Send

The editor will open a popup window or a tab based on your preferences.

Firefox:

Edit → Preferences → Content → Pop-up Exceptions
