Unable to Add Account to Mobile Device for Admin User
Event ID 1053 in Application log
Make sure the user has inherited permission granted to domain\Exchange Servers to allow List, Create child, Delete child of object type “msExchangeActiveSyncDevices” and doesn't have any deny permissions that block such operations.
- Open Active Directory Users and Computers
- View - > Advanced Features
- Right-click the problem user and choose Properties
- Security (tab) → Advanced
- Select the check-box Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent
- Click OK
