1. Alt-F (File menu) → Import and Export
2. Export to a file
3. Export Favorites
4. From your top-level favorites folder
5. Save to My Documents (the default)

1. Ctrl-Shift-B (Open Bookmarks Manager)
2. Import and Backup
3. Import Data from Another Browser

  Click the 57 library icon , then click Bookmarks. Scroll to the bottom and click Show all Bookmarks.
  In the Library window, click the Import and Backup button and then select Restore.

  Select the backup from which you want to restore:
      The dated entries are automatic backups.
      Choose File... lets you restore from a manual backup (see above). 
  After choosing a backup, your bookmarks from that file will be restored. Close the Library window.
