Install the WinDbg Utility from Microsoft Store

Open WinDbg and Run as Administrator

Dump file locations

C:\windows\minidump

C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

• Click File → Open dump file
• Browse to dump file
• Click Open

• In the kd field type ! analyze -v and hit enter
• Review the text for clues to the crash
