In MSP RMM, go to

Settings → User → User Accounts.

Select a user (highlighted), then:

User → Two Factor Authentication → Reset 2FA Credentials

1. Reset 2FA Credentials
2. Log out of the MSP RMM Dashboard
3. Log back in to the MSP RMM Dashboard
4. Take a photo of (or print) the screen with the QR code
5. Configure both authenticators (phone and PC app like Authy)
