• Purchased licenses go into 'stock'
• Stock is like a bank
  • No expirations
  • No maintenance fees
• Licenses can be placed into arbitrary pools
• Pooled licenses can be allocated to various servers
• Pooled licenses can be shared by various servers
• You can arbitrarily generate or delete Pool Keys
• You use Pool Keys in OBS
  • Manage System → Software License
    • Licensee Name
    • License Key
    • Test
• If you want to move licenses from one pool to another
  • Delete the old pool keys and recreate new ones with the desired licences
  • Activate the new pool keys on the servers
    • Change the Licensee Name and the matching pool key then click Update
