Dialing Timer

To adjust the timeout when dialing calls manually (offhook):

Phone Web Interface → Account → Account # → Call Settings → No Key Entry Timeout

Transfer Calls

Attended (announced)

  1. While in the call, tap the More softkey and select the Transfer option.
  2. Select the Attended softkey located in the upper left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Enter the extension you wish to transfer to or select a contact from the list on the left hand side.
  4. Tap the Send softkey.
  5. After the call is answered and announced press the Transfer key to complete the transfer.

Press the Cancel softkey to cancel the transfer at any time.

Unattended (blind)

  1. While in the call, tap the More softkey and select the Transfer option.
  2. Select the Blind softkey located in the upper left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Enter the extension you wish to transfer to or select a contact from the list on the left hand side.
  4. Tap the Send softkey to complete the transfer.

Directly to Voicemail

Do an unattended transfer, but preface the extension number with '*' (star or asterisk). In other words just do a blind transfer to *nnnn where nnnn is the voicemail extension mailbox you want to transfer the caller into.

Asterisk uses

to pick up a ringing extension.

The Grandstream GXV3275 defaults to using the

BLF prefix. However the default DialPlan does not allow dialing the default BLF prefix. Go figure…

:!: You must modify the default dial plan by adding

**xxx

(assuming 3-digit extension numbers) as a unique dial option.

Intercom (internal call auto-answer)

This is a per-extension setting. Each extension can be different.

If this feature is enabled, calls from internal extensions will auto-answer in speakerphone mode.

Do Not Disturb (DND)

To turn DND on or off:

  1. At the idle screen, touch and drag the status bar down then tap on System Settings
  2. Tap on the DND icon

Factory Default

Maintenance → Upgrade → Factory Reset (bottom)
