Do an unattended transfer, but preface the extension number with '*' (star or asterisk). In other words just do a blind transfer to *nnnn where nnnn is the voicemail extension mailbox you want to transfer the caller into.
Asterisk uses
**<extension>
to pick up a ringing extension.
The Grandstream GXV3275 defaults to using the
**
BLF prefix. However the default DialPlan does not allow dialing the default BLF prefix. Go figure…
You must modify the default dial plan by adding
**xxx
(assuming 3-digit extension numbers) as a unique dial option.
This is a per-extension setting. Each extension can be different.
If this feature is enabled, calls from internal extensions will auto-answer in speakerphone mode.
To turn DND on or off:
