To add a customer you must be logged in as the Partner Admin user.

1. Settings → Monitoring Templates → Manage Templates → Add (Server or Workstation creates blank template)
   • Or, right click a Server or Workstation → Monitoring Templates → Create (this makes a copy with checks in place)
2. Name the Template

1. Settings → Monitoring Templates → Manage Templates
2. Select Template → Edit
   • Here you can set the DSC Runtime for a period the PC will likely be powered up
   • You can also Add, Delete or edit checks

• You can apply the template to a Client, Site, Multiple devices (CTRL Click) or single devices.

1. Right Click Client, Site or Device → Monitoring Template → Apply Template
2. Select Template and move from Available to Selected
3. Select the “Update Behavior” typically Replace Checks and Tasks
