==== Directly to Voicemail ====
Do an unattended transfer, but **preface the extension number with '*' (star or asterisk)**. In other words just do a blind transfer to *nnnn where nnnn is the voicemail extension mailbox you want to transfer the caller into.
===== Call Pickup =====
==== Directed Call Pickup ====
Asterisk uses ** to pick up a ringing extension.
The Grandstream GXV3275 defaults to using the ** BLF prefix. However the default DialPlan does not allow dialing the default BLF prefix. Go figure...
:!: You must **modify the default dial** plan by adding **xxx (assuming 3-digit extension numbers) as a unique dial option.
===== Intercom (internal call auto-answer) =====
This is a per-extension setting. Each extension can be different.
If this feature is enabled, calls from internal extensions will auto-answer in speakerphone mode.
===== Do Not Disturb (DND) =====
To turn DND on or off:
- At the idle screen, touch and drag the status bar down then tap on ''System Settings''
- Tap on the ''DND'' icon
===== Factory Default =====
**Maintenance -> Upgrade -> Factory Reset** (bottom)
