===== Firmware and Ringtone Update =====

To update the GXP2000 firmware, change:

and reboot the phone.

===== Reset to Factory Defaults =====

  - Press ''OK'' button to bring up the keypad configuration menu
  - Select ''Config'' then press ''OK''
  - Select ''Factory Reset''
  - Enter the MAC address printed on the bottom of the phone
  - Press the ''OK'' button then press ''OK'' button again to confirm

:!: If the MAC address is correct, the phone will reboot. Otherwise, it will exit to the previous keypad menu.
