OneDrive for Business is a cloud storage service that facilitates the sending of very large files to e-mail recipients.

===== Upload your file to OneDrive =====

  * There are several ways to do this
    * **From any Internet connected PC**
      * Log into your OneDrive for Business account using a web browser and upload the file there
      * https://portal.office.com
    * **From your regular workstation** with the OneDrive for Business sync tool installed
      * Drag and drop (or copy or move) the file into your local sync folder
      * It will be automatically uploaded to your cloud storage

===== Share Your File =====

  * There is more than one way to do this too
    * The easiest way is to just **create a link and send it via e-mail**
      - Log into your OneDrive for Business account using a web browser
      - Locate and select the file to be shared
      - Click ''Share''
      - Click ''Get a Link''
      - Select and copy the link
      - Paste the link into an e-mail you will send to the desired recipient
