====== How to Enable Downloading in Internet Explorer ======

If you get this error message and you need to download something:

<note warning>Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded</note>

  - Open Internet Explorer
  - Click ''Tools'' and then ''Internet Options''
  - Click on the ''Security'' tab.
  - Select the ''Internet'' zone
  - Click on the ''Custom Level'' button
  - Scroll down to Download
    * About 2/5 of the way down
  - Enable ''File download''
  - Click ''OK''
  - Restart Internet Explorer
