===== Unable to Add Account to Mobile Device for Admin User =====

<note warning>**Event ID 1053** in Application log

Make sure the user has inherited permission granted to domain\Exchange Servers to allow List, Create child, Delete child of object type "msExchangeActiveSyncDevices" and doesn't have any deny permissions that block such operations.</note>

  - Open **Active Directory Users and Computers**
  - **View - > Advanced Features**
  - Right-click the problem user and choose **Properties**
  - **Security (tab) -> Advanced**
  - Select the check-box **Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent**
  - Click **OK**
