===== Backup Authenticator =====

In MSP RMM, go to 

**Settings -> User -> User Accounts**.

Select a user (highlighted), then:

**User -> Two Factor Authentication -> Reset 2FA Credentials**

  - **Reset 2FA Credentials**
  - **Log out** of the MSP RMM Dashboard
  - **Log back in** to the MSP RMM Dashboard
  - **Take a photo** of (or print) the screen with the **QR code**
  - **Configure both authenticators** (phone and PC app like Authy)
