**Default Credentials**:  admin / admin

===== Factory Reset =====

  - Press and hold the ''OK'' key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds

or

  - **Settings -> Upgrade**
    - Reset to Factory Setting

===== Update Firmware =====

  - Download and extract the latest firmware
    * http://www.yealink.com/SupportDownloadfiles.aspx?CateId=1298&parentcateid=142
  - Upgrade the firmware using the the web UI
    * **Settings -> Upgrade**
