-  - Look at all your communications gear and make sure it is all turned on (check for power): +  * Install **Backup and Sync** and sign in to your Google account

-    - Unplug the power from the cable modem for 15 seconds +
-    - Plug the cable modem power back in and watch the progression of the lights +
