+**Settings -> User -> User Accounts**.
+Select a user (highlighted), then:
+**User -> Two Factor Authentication -> Reset 2FA Credentials**
+  - **Reset 2FA Credentials**
+  - **Log out** of the MSP RMM Dashboard
+  - **Log back in** to the MSP RMM Dashboard
+  - **Take a photo** of (or print) the screen with the **QR code**
+  - **Configure both authenticators** (phone and PC app like Authy)
