+Oftentimes, we have to temporarily disable your e-mail account if your infected PC was spamming others.  Once we hear back from you that your PC has been cleaned, we can re-enable your account and request our server be taken off of any blacklists you might have gotten us on.  ;-)

+The first two are on-line scanners and don't get installed on your PC (which is perfect).
+The last one gets installed, but it's only an on-demand scanner.  You can uninstall it after you're done or leave it installed for next time.  It doesn't use any resources unless it's running.
